As stated in the last post, UVI Workstation is now updated to version 2.0.3, with the “Edit” section back. This tab was taken off with the arrival of version 2 of this sampler, designed for all UVI second-generation scripted librairies (Gypsy Jazzy, Acoustic Grand Piano 2, F Grand 278, Emulation II).
However, from now on, all UVI libraries can take full advantage of the new powerful UVI Workstation 2 : the “Edit” feature, for non-scripted | non-macro libraries, is back!
Download the free v.2.0.3 here
What’s new?
- [Fix] Coarse and Fine tune in loops editing work in map mode as well
- [Fix] Edit panel is back for non-scripted | non-macro soundbanks
- [Fix] Put back hard disk browsing and favorites
- [Fix] Other minor fixes
UVI Workstation 2 is now:
✓ more flexible
✓ more convenient

Like to try it
VERY NICE MOVE
I hope this version loads settings from previous versions. I’ve been losing so much data, I had to stop using this plugin completely. I wish they had warned us or told us to wait until this version was out regarding compatibility.
It does.
I’ve used the old version. Let’s see how the new one works!
Is the edit tab available for multis that I create myself?
I can’t seem to see it, it would be really useful if it were.
The edit tab is not available for your own sample.
There is dedicated parameters for parts with custom samples suited for loop playback usage.
The Biosphere pack does not allow access to the editing parameters, despite your claim that all packs can access the workstation parameters.
Major disappointment.
I have already posted this twice, but it seems to get deleted.
This hasn’t be claimed but maybe the wording wasn’t clear enough.
The news text has been rewritten to clarify that.
Biosphere is powered with macro knob and the screenshot on the website has never shown an edit panel.
Please contact the support if you want to discuss this further.
Thanks,
This is a great great great news!
I Almost abundant my UVI, But Now I’m coming.
